Experience

2–8 years in Aluminium Doors, Windows, Façade, uPVC, or Glazing Projects

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering
- Relevant experience in aluminium window installation is preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Site Engineer to oversee the installation of aluminium doors, windows, ventilators, glazing, and related systems at project sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, ensuring quality installation, maintaining project schedules, and resolving site-related issues.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

- Supervise installation of aluminium doors, windows, fixed glazing, sliding systems, casement windows, and other aluminium products.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per approved shop drawings and project specifications.
- Verify opening dimensions before installation.
- Coordinate material movement and ensure timely availability at site.
- Monitor daily installation progress and achieve planned targets.

Site Coordination





- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, civil contractors, and other agencies.
- Attend site coordination meetings.
- Resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
- Communicate daily work plans to installation teams.

Quality Control

- Ensure installations comply with approved drawings and quality standards.
- Inspect alignment, level, plumb, silicone application, anchoring, hardware installation, and finishing.
- Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain quality inspection records.

Planning & Scheduling

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
- Track project milestones.
- Ensure work progresses according to the committed schedule.
- Identify delays and implement corrective actions.

Material Management

- Verify delivered materials against delivery challans.
- Maintain site material inventory.
- Prevent wastage and damage.
- Coordinate material requirements with the factory and stores.
