Job Description
At Safran Aircraft Engines Customer Support team, a new position arose to increase LRU services representative in India (Delhi) for Indian and no Indian customers with following responsibilities:
He / She:
- Work under the management of Global Supply Chain – Support and Services – LRU services
- Perform the communication with Indian and non Indian customers
- Manage parts repair requests of the customers
- Placing purchase orders in ERP System SAP
- Provide regular status for open purchase orders to customer
- Propose standard exchange if needed
- Organize drop shipment of parts (direct transport from customer to repair station and get them back)
- Organize regular calls, meetings, with customers
- Manage performance KPIs
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback to the management
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Valuable international experience in customers relationship,
with extensive experience in the manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of legal environment related to managing contracts and agreements
