- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve and maintain a customer satisfaction index of 4/5 or higher across all projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their active engagement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cooperative Input: Participate in iterative meetings to provide insights on customization, ensuring adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Process Enforcement: Establish and enforce project processes to ensure compliance across all phases of implementation.
