We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to manage customer follow-ups, handle incoming leads, coordinate with clients, and support the overall sales process. The role involves regular communication with customers, maintaining lead records, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring proper Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow up with existing and recent leads
Maintain proper lead status updates in CRM/sheets
Coordinate with customers regarding inspection scheduling
Maintain regular communication with clients
Track pending and backlog leads
Ensure timely follow-ups and response management
Coordinate internally with the inspection team
Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports
Build positive customer relationshipscoordination between clients and the operations team.
