Job Description – Account Manager

Position: Account Manager
Location: Pune (Bhosari)
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience Required: 5–8 Years
Qualification: M. Com / MBA Finance (Preferred)
Preferred industry: Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Verify and approve accounting entries and vouchers.
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B, GSTR-3B, annual returns).
- Ensure timely deduction and deposit of TDS and preparation of related returns.




- Handle statutory compliance related to Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.
- Experience in financial reporting and finalization of accounts.

Working Days: Friday to Wednesday
Location: Bhosari, Pune
Employment Type: Full time
Office Time: 9am to 6pm

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
