We are looking for a highly responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and ensure our financial operations run smoothly.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting and financial activities of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of all accounts-related tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Because our business spans both domestic sales and international exports, this role requires a solid understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory management, and export finance.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Accounting Operations

- Manage all Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) accurately and on time.
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including domestic purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Perform daily and monthly bank, cash, and vendor reconciliations.
- Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are properly coded and supported by documentation.

Manufacturing & Export Finance

- Oversee inventory accounting, tracking raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
- Manage accounting tasks related to export operations, including multi-currency transactions, Letters of Credit (LC), and foreign exchange (Forex) realizations.
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams to ensure commercial invoices and shipping bills are accurately recorded.

Compliance & Reporting

- Prepare and file statutory returns (e.g., GST, TDS,



and other applicable local taxes) in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Facilitate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist internal and external auditors during financial audits by providing necessary documentation and schedules.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), or a related field. (CA Inter / CMA Inter is a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of accounting experience, specifically within the manufacturing sector. Experience with export accounting is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERPs (Tally Prime is a must).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Solid understanding of statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and export documentation.
- Soft Skills:
- High degree of integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with various internal departments and external vendors.
