About the Role

As a Brand Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding marketing briefs, developing strategic campaign ideas, preparing presentations, and coordinating projects from concept to execution.

You will work closely with our creative, production, and operations teams to deliver innovative brand experiences while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in experiential marketing and client strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and become their trusted day-to-day partner.
- Understand client briefs, business objectives, and marketing requirements.
- Develop innovative experiential marketing concepts and campaign ideas.
- Create qualified PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and marketing proposals.
- Coordinate with creative, design, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare project timelines, budgets, and execution plans.
- Manage vendors and oversee project execution from start to finish.
- Conduct site recce and supervise on-ground activations when required.




- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and progress trackers.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow existing accounts.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in an Advertising, Experiential, BTL, Creative, or Events agency.
- Preference to Creative Agency/Experiential marketing Agency Experience
- Experience working with premium brands is preferred.
- Strong client servicing and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and campaign executions when required.

Bonus If You Have

- Experience with Alcobev, Luxury, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Hospitality brands.
- Canva, Google Slides, or Adobe Creative Suite knowledge.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini.
- Vendor management and production coordination experience.
