The Role

Own Product Management of solutions and products related to default operations within US mortgage servicing of BSI Financial Services. Work across Engineering, Data science, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, investor reporting, and compliance teams to define requirements and drive delivery of features that improve operational efficiency. You’ll translate ambiguous servicing workflows into structured, actionable specs that ship.

What You’ll Do

Partner with default operations teams (loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, investor reporting) to document current-state workflows, pain points, and system gaps

Elicit, write, and manage business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI-assisted workflows, including decisioning tools, exception handling logic, and rule-based automation in Azure DevOps / Jira

Build process maps, swim-lane diagrams, and data flow documentation for end-to-end servicing workflows

Facilitate requirements workshops and working sessions with US-based stakeholders across time zones

Support UAT planning, test case development, and defect triage in coordination with QA and business teams

Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in default operations performance

Drive adoption of new features through training materials, runbooks, and stakeholder feedback loops

Manage dependencies and coordinate across product, engineering, compliance, and operations

Education and Experience

Must Have

3+ years of experience as a Sr Business Analyst or Product Management,



with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end requirements for software or operational feature delivery

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Robust process documentation skills: BRDs, user stories, process maps, swim-lane diagrams, acceptance criteria

Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent project/requirement tracking tools

Comfortable working with data: ability to analyze reports, identify trends, validate data, and produce clear findings using Excel or BI tools

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Acts with a sense of urgency; bias toward action and delivery

Preferred

Familiarity with US mortgage servicing operations—loss mitigation, default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or investor reporting

Prior exposure to mortgage default servicing platforms—experience with Sagent tools (LoanServ, Tempo, or related modules) is a strong plus

Understanding of GSE (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), FHA/VA, and CFPB regulatory requirements relevant to default servicing

Familiarity with data governance, data quality frameworks, or reporting platforms

Experience writing requirements for workflow automation, rule engines, or exception management tools

Work Environment

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers etc. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.
