We are looking for a responsible Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of company premises, staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, alert, and capable of handling security duties professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct security checks for visitors when required.
- Patrol factory premises, offices, and warehouse areas regularly.
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage to company property.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or security breaches.
- Maintain daily security reports and incident records.
- Assist in maintaining discipline and order within the premises.
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergency situations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
- Prior experience as a security guard preferred (Manufacturing/Industrial experience is an advantage).
- Physically fit and medically sound.
- Basic knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and write in Hindi/English (basic level).
- Positive observation and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
