We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to join our construction company. The candidate should have experience in supervising construction sites, managing labor, and ensuring quality work is completed on time.
Responsibilities
- Daily supervision of construction site activities
- Managing labor and subcontractors
- Monitoring work quality and project progress
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients
- Ensuring safety standards are followed at the site
- Maintaining daily work reports and material records
- Ensuring timely completion of assigned work
Requirements
- Experience in the construction field is mandatory
- Valuable knowledge of site execution and construction processes
- Ability to manage labor and coordinate with the project team
- Basic understanding of drawings and measurements
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
