Role Purpose

To build the knowledge, skills, and confidence of store teams so they deliver exceptional customer experiences, communicate the value of diamond jewellery with authority, and achieve sales growth. This role blends product expertise, sales coaching, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Development

Design and update training content

Develop current joiner induction programs ensuring rapid integration into the brand culture.

Create role-specific training journeys for sales staff, store managers

Training Delivery

Conduct in person sessions, on-floor coaching, and virtual learning modules.

Lead collection launch briefings and product immersion sessions.

Facilitate role-play exercises to strengthen objection handling, upselling, and storytelling.

Deliver periodic refresher trainings to maintain brand standards.

Performance Coaching & Support

Observe and assess sales staff performance on the floor.

Provide one-on-one coaching to address skill gaps.





Partner with store managers to embed training learnings into daily operations.

Tracking & Evaluation

Measure training effectiveness via knowledge assessments, mystery shopping results, and sales KPIs.

Report training impact on sales conversion rates, average transaction values, and customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate training attendance, assessment, and feedback records.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery (GIA/IGI/HRD certification preferred).

Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to simplify technical information into customer-friendly storytelling.

Proficiency in role-play based and experiential learning methods.

Comfort with both in-person and digital learning tools.

Strong interpersonal skills to influence and motivate diverse teams.

Qualifications

Graduate in Gemology, Jewellery Design, Retail Management, or related fields.

Certification in Diamonds/Gemology (e.g., GIA, IGI, HRD) is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a trainer in jewellery, especially, diamond jewellery.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
