पद का उद्देश्य

FarmIQ - एक आधुनिक किसान प्रशिक्षण एवं एग्री-लर्निंग प्लेटफ़ॉर्म विकसित कर रहा है। संस्था को ऐसे ऊर्जावान एवं जिम्मेदार प्रोफेशनल्स की आवश्यकता है जो ऑपरेशन, बिज़नेस डेवलपमेंट, टीम कोऑर्डिनेशन, किसान संपर्क एवं संस्थागत कार्यों को संभाल सकें।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

- दैनिक संचालन एवं समन्वय कार्य संभालना
- बिज़नेस डेवलपमेंट एवं संस्थागत संपर्क करना
- किसान मीटिंग, सेमिनार एवं इवेंट का संचालन
- रिपोर्ट, MIS एवं कार्य रिकॉर्ड तैयार करना
- सरकारी एवं कॉर्पोरेट टाई-अप में सहयोग
- सेल्स एवं डिजिटल मार्केटिंग टीम के साथ समन्वय
- फील्ड विजिट एवं मार्केट मीटिंग करना
- निर्धारित लक्ष्य एवं प्रोजेक्ट का सफल संचालन

आवश्यक कौशल

- हिंदी में अच्छा संवाद कौशल
- बेसिक अंग्रेजी एवं ईमेल ड्राफ्टिंग
- नेतृत्व एवं टीम समन्वय क्षमता




- फील्ड कार्य हेतु तैयार
- MS Excel, Word एवं PowerPoint का बेसिक ज्ञान
- प्रोफेशनल एवं लक्ष्य आधारित कार्यशैली

योग्यता

- किसी भी विषय में स्नातक
- MBA/BBA वरीयता योग्य
- अनुभव: 1–4 वर्ष
- अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन वाले फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं

About the Role

FarmIQ is building a modern farmer training and agri-learning platform focused on practical agriculture knowledge, business development, farmer engagement, and institutional expansion. We are looking for smart, energetic, and responsible professionals who can manage operations, outreach, business coordination, and growth activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operational and coordination activities
- Handle business development and institutional outreach
- Coordinate farmer meetings, seminars, and events
- Maintain reports, MIS, and activity tracking
- Assist in government and corporate tie-ups
- Coordinate with sales and digital marketing teams
- Conduct market visits and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure smooth execution of assigned projects and targets

Required Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi
- Basic English communication and email drafting
- Leadership and coordination ability
- Comfortable with field travel
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Qualified and target-oriented attitude

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any stream
