Currently in the MVP stage, we're assembling a small, high-performing team to help build the foundation for long-term growth.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Startup Operator & Product Execution Manager to help transform vision into execution. You'll work directly with the founder to drive product planning, coordinate teams, establish operational processes, and keep execution moving efficiently. This is a hands-on startup role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and enjoys building products from the ground up.

Initial Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day startup execution by turning the founder's vision into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Own product planning, MVP definition, roadmaps, prioritization, and release execution.
- Coordinate engineering, design, research, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Write product requirements, manage the backlog, track progress, and remove execution blockers.
- Conduct market research, customer discovery, competitor analysis, and product validation.
- Build operational processes, documentation, and scalable workflows for the company.
- Support hiring, contractor coordination, onboarding, and future team growth.
- Contribute to product strategy,



platform improvements, and long-term business planning.

Qualifications:

- Experience in ecommerce, social commerce, marketplaces, consumer internet, social media or SaaS products.
- Strong background in product management, startup operations, or project leadership.
- Experience taking products from 0→1, defining MVPs, and managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand software development workflows.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools, modern product development, user research, product analytics, and business strategy is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience, portfolio quality, technical thinking, and execution ability are valued more highly.
