We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant – Invoicing & Claims to manage machine invoicing, warranty and claim processing, account reconciliation, banking operations, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and experience in handling dealer or manufacturing-related accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Invoicing & Claim Management

- Prepare and process machine invoices accurately and within timelines.
- Handle FSR (Field Service Report) claim invoicing and ensure timely submission.
- Process warranty claim invoicing and coordinate for approvals and payments.
- Manage 1% TATA Capital amount claims with proper documentation.
- Process Key Account Customer discount claims and verify supporting documents.
- Handle exhibition, sales promotion, and other reimbursement/expense claims.

Monthly Machine Report (MMR)

- Calculate Monthly Machine Report (MMR) as per company policy.
- Prepare MMR statements and process payments to LIPL.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of MMR-related activities.

Accounting & Reconciliation

- Maintain FOC (Free of Cost) accounting entries.
- Prepare and issue Debit Notes and Credit Notes to customers and LIPL.




- Perform reconciliation of machines, parts, claims, and payments with LIPL.
- Reconcile Key Account customer accounts as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with branch teams for spare parts sales and recovery follow-ups.

Banking & Financial Operations

- Prepare and process E-Cheques through SBI and IndusInd Bank portals.
- Resolve accounting and customer-related issues across all branches.
- Provide accounting support for site operations.
- Handle TDS, TCS, GST, Audit, Vendor Payments, Banking, and other finance activities in the absence of the concerned team member.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Dealer Accounting.
- Experience in invoicing, claim management, reconciliation, and banking operations.
- Valuable knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software (BUSY/Tally/SAP or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
