We are looking for a results-driven field Collection Executive with at least 1+ years of experience in lending collections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments while maintaining a qualified and customer-focused approach.

Job description

- Visit customers/borrowers to follow up on pending or overdue loan repayments.
- Ensure timely collections of EDI and resolve any payment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update payment status regularly.
- Educate customers on payment terms, schedules, and consequences of defaults.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve disputes, if any.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field collections, preferably in the lending/financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and collection processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable with field visits in the North Chennai areas.
- Ability and willingness to handle field collection activities.

Preferred:

- Local language proficiency (Tamil) is a must.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
