Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data & Analytics projects using Microsoft Fabric.
- Own project delivery including estimation, planning, execution, quality, risk management, and successful go-live.
- Lead and manage Data Engineering teams; allocate work, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Design and implement scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric components including Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Notebooks, Pipelines, and Real-Time Analytics.
- Architect and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for enterprise analytics solutions.
- Develop and optimize ETL / ELT pipelines, ingestion frameworks, and enterprise data models.
- Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, files, ERP, EMR, and external systems.
- Drive data standardization, transformation, quality, governance, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and customer teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical governance, and implementation best practices.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams; establish standards, reusable frameworks, and delivery accelerators.
- Support pre-sales activities including estimations, solution design, proposals, and technical presentations.
- Enable AI-driven analytics use cases and support initiatives around Generative AI, Copilot, conversational analytics, intelligent insights, and automation.




- Identify opportunities for AI adoption and up-to-date analytics capabilities within enterprise data platforms.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, scalability, and enterprise data standards.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Platform implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
- Experience in SQL, Python / PySpark, Spark, ETL / ELT frameworks.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, Lakehouse concepts, and enterprise analytics platforms.
- Experience leading delivery teams and managing enterprise projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of AI / Generative AI concepts and AI-enabled analytics solutions.

Preferred

- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600)
- Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700)
- Experience in Healthcare, Finance, Insurance, or Enterprise Analytics domains.
- Experience in enterprise data modernization programs and AI initiatives.
