Job Summary

We are hiring a Chat Process Executive to provide prompt and professional support to customers through chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle multiple chat conversations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Handle multiple chat sessions while maintaining quality and response time.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.




- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Chat Support, Customer Support, or Customer Service.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work from the office in Noida Sector 63.
