Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter with at least 1 year of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and publish job postings on various hiring platforms.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets and assist with offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.




- Meet hiring targets within the specified timelines.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and recruitment tools/ATS.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- MBA (HR) is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit or similar tools.
