Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Cloud Native Lead with strong expertise in .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in full-stack development, cloud technologies, technical leadership, and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Develop scalable and high-performance applications using .NET/.NET Core and React.js.
- Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Leverage Microsoft Azure services for application deployment, hosting, monitoring, and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Mandatory Skills





- Solid experience with .NET / .NET Core and C#.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with SQL Server and database design.
- Proficiency in Git and version control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Azure API Management.
- Understanding of cloud security and application performance optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have

- Microsoft Azure certifications.
- Experience leading development teams.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
