Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of
intuitive, scalable, and engaging digital experiences for our learning platforms. You will
collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, curriculum specialists, and
leadership to drive user-centered design decisions from research through implementation.
As a senior member of the design team, you will mentor junior designers, establish design
best practices, and contribute to the evolution of our design system.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products from concept to delivery.
- Drive user research, usability testing, and translate insights into product improvements.
- Define user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Curriculum Teams, and stakeholders to define product vision.




- Conduct design reviews and ensure consistency across all products.
- Mentor junior UI/UX designers and provide constructive design feedback.
- Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
- Balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven design practices.

Requirements:

- 38 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Variables, Components, Design Systems, Prototyping).
- Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Robust understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Engineering teams in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience mentoring designers and conducting design critiques.
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Experience designing AI-powered products or EdTech platforms is a plus.
