Role & responsibilities

BA role

Role : At a high level, a BA:

- Gathers requirements from stakeholders
- Translates those requirements into transparent instructions for technical teams
- Ensures the final solution meets business goals

Detailed Role and Responsibility:

1. Understand business needs

- Talk to stakeholders (users, business, stake holders)
- Attend requirement from meeting and Ask questions during the session, to understand the requirement better.

2. Gather & document requirements

- Write requirements, clear understanding gaps, translate them into user stories, process flows etc.
- Ensure everyone has a clear, agreed understanding

3. Analyze data & processes

- Look at current workflows or systems




- Identify inefficiencies or gaps

4. Translate business technical

- Convert requirement into specification for the technical team so that they can start building.
- Act as a translator between business and Client

5. Support solution design & delivery

- Work with developers, testers, and PMs
- Help design the right solution and clarify doubts before hand

6. Testing & validation

- Ensure the solution meets requirements
- Support on UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and tech team with Unit testing/regression testing/ end to end testing etc.

7. Communication & coordination

- Run workshops, meetings, and updates
