We are seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance professional to manage statutory permits and regulatory licenses across EssilorLuxottica's pan-India network of manufacturing labs, factories, service centres, warehouses, and stock points. The role will be responsible for ensuring timely renewals, maintaining centralized compliance records, coordinating with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities, and supporting governance through regular reporting to senior leadership.Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end statutory permits and regulatory licenses across multiple locations in India.
- Build and maintain a centralized compliance tracker with renewal calendars, dashboards, and risk indicators.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and site teams to ensure timely renewals and zero compliance lapses.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for new applications, renewals, inspections, and query resolution.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports, renewal status updates, and exception reports for the Board and Operations Compliance Committee.




- Identify compliance gaps across locations and drive timely corrective actions.
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance due diligence activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, statutory licensing, compliance consulting, or regulatory advisory.
- Solid understanding of Central and State licensing requirements applicable to manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and service operations.
- Experience interacting with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Ability to manage multiple locations, deadlines, and compliance trackers simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.
- Exposure to Medical Device Regulations (MDR 2017) and CDSCO licensing will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
