Experience

* 3+ years in B2B Sales, preferably in the Glass, Aluminium, UPVC, Building Materials, Interior, or Construction industry.

About the Role

Glasspro LLP is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors, and Project Consultants. The ideal candidate should have solid networking skills and a proven track record in project sales.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business opportunities through Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, and Project Consultants.

* Identify and convert residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

* Meet clients, understand project requirements, and recommend suitable Glasspro products and solutions.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

* Coordinate with the estimation and operations teams for quotations and project execution.

* Conduct product presentations and site visits.

* Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM or MIS.
