Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced React + .NET Full Stack Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, .NET Core/.NET Framework, PostgreSQL/SQL Server databases, REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Application Development

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
- Build reusable frontend components and responsive user interfaces.
- Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Frontend Responsibilities
- Develop contemporary UI using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
- Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.
- Ensure application responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.

Backend Responsibilities
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, or Identity Framework.




- Build scalable microservices and integrate third-party services.
- Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.

Database Management
- Design and optimize database objects, tables, views, stored procedures, and functions.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Write complex SQL queries and improve database performance.
- Perform data migration and troubleshooting activities.

DevOps & CI/CD
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
- Support containerized deployments using Docker.
- Participate in application deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Collaboration & Best Practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Follow coding standards, security practices, and SDLC processes.
- Collaborate with architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
