Job Summary

We're looking for a QA Automation Lead who believes quality is everyone's responsibility and is passionate about building reliable, scalable software.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to understand business requirements, build a robust automation strategy, and ensure every feature is validated through automated testing before it reaches production.

Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the QA Automation team.
- Understand product functionality and translate business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Automate UI, API, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Build and maintain a reliable regression test suite that runs automatically as part of the CI/CD pipeline.
- Collaborate with developers to identify quality risks early and improve overall product quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes,



automation coverage, and release confidence.

Requirements

- 6-10+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- 4+ years of hands-on automation testing experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring QA teams.
- Robust experience with Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress (Playwright preferred).
- Experience with API automation and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good understanding of SQL and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
