Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, educational institutions, and academic partners.
- Identify and onboard new business alliance opportunities to expand organizational reach.
- Coordinate with universities and service vendors for PhD, DBA, Honorary Doctorate, UG/PG programs, research support, writing, and publication services.
- Manage partnerships with study abroad consultants, international universities, and education service providers.
- Generate leads, negotiate partnerships, and support business development initiatives.
- Handle university liaisoning activities, documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned business targets through effective relationship management and networking.
- Represent the organization professionally in meetings, conferences, and partner interactions.




- Maintain market knowledge of higher education trends and opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related fields preferred.
- Experience in university relations, education consultancy, business development, partnerships, or institutional sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking ability with universities, academic professionals, and education service providers.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office and qualified communication.
