About the Role ;

We are looking for a skilled; Databricks Engineer to join our growing data team. In this role, you will design, build, and optimise scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions on; Databricks .

You will partner with Engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions that drive business value. ;

What Youll Do ;

- Develop and maintain; ETL/ELT pipelines ;using; Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake . ;

- Design and implement scalable; data Lakehouse solutions ;in the cloud. ;

- Ingest, transform, and integrate data from multiple structured and unstructured sources. ;

- Manage and optimize Databricks; clusters, jobs, and workflows . ;

- Ensure; data quality, governance, and compliance ;across data pipelines. ;

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable; advanced analytics and machine learning ;use cases. ;

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve data pipeline performance. ;

- Contribute to; automation, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices . ;

What Were Looking For ;

- Proven experience as a; Data Engineer ;with strong hands-on expertise in; Databricks . ;

- Proficiency in; PySpark, SQL, and distributed data processing . ;





- Strong knowledge of; Delta Lake ;and data Lakehouse architectures. ;

- Experience working with at least one; major cloud platform ;(Azure, AWS, or GCP). ;

- Familiarity with; streaming data technologies ;(Kafka, Event Hubs, Kinesis, etc.). ;

- Understanding of; CI/CD pipelines and version control tools ;(GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps). ;

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. ;

Nice to Have ;

- Experience with; MLflow and MLOps practices . ;

- Knowledge of; Business Intelligence tools ;such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. ;

- Familiarity with; Infrastructure-as-Code tools ;(Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation). ;

- Background in; data migration projects ;from on-prem to cloud environments. ;
