Role is for Optical store

* Supervise daily store activities

• Drive the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets for the store.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and overall store performance.
- Monitor daily sales performance against targets and take corrective actions to bridge gaps. Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market opportunities to increase revenue.
- Ensure optimum stock availability and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities and minimize lost sales.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and initiate corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and promotional activities to enhance revenue.

• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely replenishment of fast-moving products.

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, inventory turnover, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience, increase customer retention, and generate repeat business.
- Manage and monitor the performance, attendance,



and roster of store personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduation /MBA / PG Diploma in Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Business Administration is preferred.

• Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of retail store operations, inventory management, and merchandising.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and retail ERP/POS systems. • Understanding of sales management, customer service, and revenue generation strategies.

• Skills & Abilities: o Basic computer proficiency with word and excel o Good communication and Interpersonal skills o Positive convincing skill for selling od healthcare services o Multitaskers

• Experience: Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in Stores/Warehouse operations, preferably with at least 12 years in a supervisory role. Hospital/homecare companies/clinics/polyclinics/Diagnostic centers
