Muthoot Finance is hiring experienced Collections Executives for the Personal Loans portfolio across multiple locations in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role involves handling overdue customer accounts, conducting field visits, and achieving monthly collection targets.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
- Handle Personal Loan delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate with customers and arrange suitable repayment plans.
- Maintain daily collection reports and update records in the system.
- Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery.
- Experience in Personal Loans, Microfinance, Gold Loan or NBFC collections is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and perform field collections.
- DRA Certificate is Mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
