Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Responsible for entire back end process of business, Current initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements and Projects
2.Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE IT for smooth functioning of business
3.Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team
4.Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.
5.Responsible for communications in terms of reports analysis

Required Qualifications and Experience

1.Post Graduate in Management from a good institute
2.2 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role
3.Capable of interacting with Teams and field members
4.Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements
5.Should have excellent communication analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills
6.Should be an excellent Team Player Interpersonal Skills
7.High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
