- Deliver hands-on sessions in Robotics, CAD, and Programming for school students in an engaging and effective manner.
- Take full ownership of the assigned school programs and ensure quality delivery of sessions.
- Set up, maintain, and manage the school robotics lab and its equipment.
- Implement the TIS curriculum while adapting it as needed for different student levels.
- Facilitate classroom discussions, group projects, and student evaluations.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school coordinators and TIS academic team to ensure program success.
- Travel to schools as required, ensuring consistency and commitment to each assignment.
- Provide periodic updates and reports on student performance and program progress.
Preferred candidate profile
• Solid classroom management and communication skills.
• Prior experience working in schools, delivering STEM courses and maintaining a makerspace
• Solid hands-on knowledge of working with Microbit, Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi
• Familiarity with CAD tools like TinkerCAD, Onshape or SolidWorks.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, C/C++, or Java.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring school students.
• Self-driven, with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
• Willingness to travel to schools as per schedule.
• Experience in delivering sessions to large groups of students.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and behavioural challenges in class.
