Job Title- HRSS Manager

Location - Greater Noida

Experience - 5-8years

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end HR service delivery processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and turnaround time across regions

• Leading a team responsible for employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, HR operations, data integrity, HRIS administration, documentation governance

• Driving standardization, process efficiency, and automation initiatives across HR Shared Services

• Managing SLAs, service quality metrics, and continuous improvement programs

• Acting as a key liaison with HRBPs, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Legal teams for seamless operations

• Enabling governance & audit readiness through robust controls and documentation

• Supporting projects that requires SS automation and streamlining data reporting for decision-making





Business Importance & Operational Risk

This position is central to maintaining stability and reliability of core HR operations. Without a backfill, we foresee:

• Significant disruption to employee lifecycle processes and service levels

• Increased turnaround time and potential backlog affecting employee experience

• Dependency risks and heavy overload on existing team members

• Potential data accuracy risks as enough efforts are made to bring records in order

The role is critical not only for day-to-day HR continuity, but also for scaling our operational excellence and employee experience outcomes.
