TheMedical lead/senior leadership will be responsible for providing medicalleadership and strategic direction for the company's medical affairs function.This role will oversee the development and implementation of medicalstrategies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support thecommercial success of the company's products

Key Responsibilities

Medical Strategy Development:

Develop and implement comprehensivemedical strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Conduct in-depth analyses of markettrends, competitive landscapes, and scientific advancements to identifyopportunities and risks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto ensure planning and execution of medical affairs activities, support productlaunch, lifecycle management, and commercialization efforts.

Supportand Prepare scientific inputs(product Monographs, Training Manuals/Slides, Product FAQs, and relatedscientific resources).

UpdatePMT on a regular basis for the latest key and relevant updates on thecovered therapy and products.

Providetechnical expertise for ethical promotion of assigned products, resolvingqueries, sharing updated guidelines, and addressing historical concerns.

Supportmarketing team in identifying therapeutic positioning of products.

Contributeto strategic planning, execution of medico-marketing initiatives.

1. KOL (Key Opinion Leaders)Management

Plan,participate, and conduct promotional and educational engagements withhealthcare professionals through:

o KOL meetings, webinars, evidence generationand advisory boards





o Product launches, CME programs, andconference interactions

2. Approvals

Reviewand approve promotional material (VA, LBL, social media content, training andCME material) in compliance with SOPs and industry codes.

3. Proposals ProductDevelopment

Proposeevidence generation projects to expand product scope.

Identifytherapy gaps for existing products.

Exploreopportunities for product extensions and new molecule identification (USFDA,EU, Japan, Martindale, C-TRI, publications).

Conductproduct evaluations and provide evidence-based recommendations.

4. Training InternalEnablement

Deliveraccurate and balanced product information to internal stakeholders (salesteams, training department, PMT).

Buildand maintain a scientific product database.

Conductmedical training sessions, pharmacovigilance training sessions, covering AEreporting, ICSR, PSUR, and RMP review.

Publishproduct-related articles in peer-reviewed journals.

5. Competitive Intelligence

Continuouslymonitor guidelines, journals, disease management protocols, and scientificliterature for competitive insights.
