The ideal candidate will design and implement secure, scalable, and cloud-native AWS solutions while driving enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. This role involves architecting modern applications, mentoring technical teams, and ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimisation across AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and resilient AWS cloud architectures.
- Architect serverless applications using AWS native services.
- Define cloud migration and cloud adoption strategies.
- Design microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Optimise AWS environments for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Implement cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, and compliance.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure using CloudWatch and observability tools.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish cloud architecture best practices.
- Experience with Agentic AI and MCP architecture.
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
- Cloud security, IAM, encryption, and compliance.
- Performance tuning, monitoring, and cost optimisation using CloudWatch.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
