We are looking for a skilled PCB Soldering & Repair Technician to assemble, solder, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The ideal candidate should have experience in component-level repair, soldering techniques, and using electronic testing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform PCB assembly, soldering, and de-soldering (SMD & Through-Hole components).
- Diagnose and repair faulty PCBs at the component level.
- Replace ICs, resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, connectors, and other electronic components.
- Use soldering stations, hot air rework stations, and desoldering tools.
- Inspect PCBs for solder quality, defects, and damage.
- Perform functional testing using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Read and interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and PCB layouts.
- Maintain ESD-protected working practices and follow quality standards.
- Record repair findings and maintain service documentation.




- Ensure repairs are completed within quality and turnaround time targets.

Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in PCB soldering and electronic repair.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with BGA rework (preferred).
- Knowledge of IPC soldering standards.
- Familiarity with SMT production and rework.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
