About the Role

Cryoflame Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, client acquisition, sales, and relationship management, preferably within the IT services, software development, digital marketing, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online platforms.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT, software development, digital marketing, and creative solutions.

* Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

* Prepare business proposals, quotations, and project estimations.

* Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
