We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, team management, customer handling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with buyers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales and team management.
- Robust communication, negotiation,



and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property laws.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Experience
