We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller to join our company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, and social media
- Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities to students
- Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right course
- Maintain and update student databases (CRM/Excel)
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Schedule demo sessions or counseling appointments
- Achieve admission/enrollment targets
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam & English is a plus)
- Basic understanding of courses like Digital Marketing, Odoo, and Python (training will be provided)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
