Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical architecture and system design for scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

- Drive adoption of microservices, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems.

- Mentor and guide engineering teams across backend, frontend, and full-stack development.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

- Promote DevOps culture, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.

- Guide teams on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.

- Encourage AI-led development by leveraging AI tools, automation, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure application security, governance, monitoring, and observability standards are maintained.

Required Skills :

- 814 years of software development experience with technical leadership responsibilities.

- Strong experience in one or more backend technologies :

1. Java / Spring Boot





2. Python

3. Node.js

- Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, Flutter, or React Native.

- Strong understanding of :

1. System Design & Distributed Systems

2. Microservices Architecture

3. REST APIs / GraphQL

4. Design Patterns

- Hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to AI/ML applications or AI-assisted development practices is highly preferred.
Valuable to Have :
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, or Graph databases.
- Experience building AI-enabled products or implementing AI in engineering workflows.

Eligibility :
- Education : BE/B.Tech (IT/Computer Science), ME/M.Tech, MCA, MSc (IT), or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹2,444,833.80 per year
