Grow With Dream is looking for a skilled and confident Visitor/Tourist Visa Counsellor who can handle visa applications for Australia, Canada, and the UK. The candidate must be knowledgeable, professional, and capable of managing complete visa filing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling on Tourist/Visitor Visa requirements for Australia (Subclass 600), Canada (TRV), and UK Visitor Visa.
- Guide clients regarding eligibility, documentation, financial requirements, and process timelines.
- Prepare and verify visa files, forms, travel itineraries, cover letters, and supporting documents.
- Stay updated with embassy rules and policy changes.
- Maintain client records and follow-ups through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ensure high-quality file preparation and maintain solid success rates.
- Meet monthly targets and contribute to team performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Age Requirement: 20 to 35 years
- Education: Minimum Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in visitor/tourist visa counselling
- Strong knowledge of Australia, Canada & UK visa categories
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
- Strong documentation and attention to detail
- Ability to handle pressure and work independently
