Job Summary: Responsible for winding transformer coils, assembling transformers as per work instructions, and ensuring products meet quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform transformer coil winding as per drawings and specifications.
- Assemble transformer components including core, bobbin, insulation, and terminals.
- Perform soldering and lead wire connections.
- Ensure correct winding turns, wire gauge, and insulation.
- Conduct visual inspection and basic electrical checks (continuity/resistance).
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, safety, and 5S.
- Report material or process issues to the supervisor.
- Meet daily production targets.
