Job Description: Chartered Accountant (CA)

A Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is responsible for managing an organization's financial records, ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations, and providing financial advice to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Handle direct and indirect tax filings and tax planning.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with statutory audits.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Required Qualifications:

- BCom, BL, BBA Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.




- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

- 1–5+ years of post-qualification experience (depending on the role).
- Experience in financial reporting, taxation, audit, budgeting, or corporate finance.
- Industry experience relevant to the organization is an added advantage.
