We, Yashashwin Services looking for below profile for Internal Roles to manage and improve our IT Infrastructure services .

Details are as under -

Backup Administrator (Database and files) - ( Internal Roles )

Key Responsibilities

· Design backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.

· Manage data policies, schedules, and retention periods.

· Monitor the health and success of daily backup jobs.

· Troubleshoot and fix failed or corrupted backups.

· Perform regular data restoration and recovery tests.

· Maintain infrastructure (cloud, disk, and tape storage).

· Generate system health and compliance reports.

· Work with IT and security teams on data safety.

Tools and Software

· Veeam: Popular for virtual machine and cloud environments.

· Commvault: Enterprise-grade platform for massive data centers.

· Veritas NetBackup: Classic, trusted tool for large-scale enterprise data.

· Rubrik & Cohesity: Modern tools built for cyber resilience and ransomware protection.





· AWS / Azure Backup: Native cloud backup solutions.

Required Skills

· Solid understanding of the 3-2-1 backup rule.

· Knowledge of recovery time objectives and recovery point objectives (RTO and RPO).

· Scripting knowledge for task automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).

· Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and database (SQL, Oracle) systems.

· Strong problem-solving and incident management skills.

Qualifications

Experience: 2 to 5+ years in IT, systems administration, or data management.

Education: BE /Btech or MCA from any recognised university in India.

Any OEM Certifications: Preferred

Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)

Commvault Certified Skilled.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
