Role description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will define technology roadmaps, drive architecture governance, and design scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and govern enterprise architecture strategy for D365 CE, F&O;, Power Platform, and Azure.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for CRM, ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience initiatives.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation and process optimization.
- Design integration, data, security, and cloud architecture frameworks.
- Provide architectural guidance for large-scale D365 implementations and modernization programs.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Mentor solution architects and technical teams while ensuring adherence to architecture standards.

Required Skills

- 15–20 years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Robust expertise in:
- Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
- Dynamics 365 F&O; (Finance,



SCM, Manufacturing, Commerce)
- Power Platform and Microsoft Azure

- Experience leading enterprise architecture and large transformation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of integration architecture, cloud platforms, data governance, and security frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

- TOGAF and Microsoft Solution Architect certifications.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, or Professional Services industries.
