We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Data Entry Operator to manage salary-related data and support statutory compliance work. The role involves maintaining employee records, processing salary information, and assisting in PF & ESI compliance and related documentation as per applicable labour laws.
Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain salary and employee data accurately
- Ensure data is properly aligned with company policies and labour law requirements
- Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll data
- Calculate and support statutory deductions such as PF and ESI
- Prepare PF & ESI challans and assist in filing compliance documents
- Maintain payroll registers and related records
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support general administrative and compliance-related tasks
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
