Job Title: RO & WTP Technician (Residential & Commercial)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RO & WTP Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Water Treatment Plant (WTP) systems for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain RO and WTP systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues in RO/WTP systems
- Perform routine maintenance, preventive servicing, and emergency breakdown support
- Ensure proper system performance, water quality, and operational efficiency
- Handle installation and servicing of related equipment (pumps, pipelines, valves, etc.)
- Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients, explain technical issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Work in confined or tight spaces when required
- Be available for on-call or emergency service support

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in RO & WTP systems




- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial water treatment systems
- Experience working with multiple brands and system types
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently
- Valid driver’s license with own or reliable transportation
- Physically fit and comfortable working in tight or confined spaces
- Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, confined space entry) preferred
- Good communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems related to RO/WTP
- Basic understanding of water quality parameters (TDS, pH, hardness, etc.)
- Experience in AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) handling
