Desired Experience required : 9-12 Years
Candidate Profile:
- Develop CNC programs and optimize machining parameters
- Prepare detailed process sheets with operation sequence and cycle time
- Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling
- Create and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
- Conduct PFMEA to identify and mitigate risks
- Prepare Control Plans defining inspection and control methods
- Drive process improvements and productivity initiatives
- Coordinate with RD, Quality, Sourcing, and Production
- Maintain documentation as per IATF/ISO standards
Technical Profile:
- CNC Turning machining knowledge
- Process planning and documentation
- GDT understanding
- PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Process like Turning, Milling, Welding, Grinding
- CAD tools (AutoCAD/SolidWorks)
- Problem-solving skills
- IATF 16949 awareness
- Reporting:
- This position is reported to Dept Head.
