Role & responsibilities
- Own endtoend credit card product roadmap and enhancements.
- Drive portfolio growth across acquisition, activation, spends, and retention.
- Manage pricing, rewards, fees, underwriting inputs, and customer journeys.
- Analyze portfolio KPIs and execute data-driven lifecycle interventions.
- Lead crossfunctional execution with risk, marketing, tech, and operations.
- Identify market opportunities, benchmark competition, and propose innovations.
- Ensure P&L; ownership and deliver sustainable profitability.
Preferred candidate profile
- Solid analytical, product-thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of credit card lifecycle, P&L; levers, and risk metrics.
- Experience in digital-first card journeys, cobrand programs, or fintech ecosystems (preferred).
