1. Architect and design Flight control hardware including MCU/MPU/SoC selection (ARM CortexM/A, MPU+FPGA where required), Power management, sensor interfaces, and safety circuitry
2. Design schematics and multi-layer PCBs optimized for High-speed operation, Low noise and signal integrity
3. Integrate flight-critical sensors IMU, magnetometer, barometer, GPS, airspeed sensors
4. Implement redundancy, watchdogs, fail-safe, and health monitoring circuits
5. Design payload control and processing boards for cameras, RF modules, EW payloads or custom mission sensors
6. Support high-bandwidth data interfaces MIPI CSI/DSI, Ethernet, USB, CAN, LVDS, UART
7. Develop interface boards for gimbals, actuators, and high-speed data links
8. Optimize payload electronics for size, weight, power (SWaP) constraints
9. Design effective power architecture: DC-DC converters, LDOs, EMI filters,
battery interfaces
10. Perform high-speed digital design: DDR, Ethernet PHYs, high-speed serial links
11. EMI/EMC compliance and noise robustness for avionics-grade systems
12. Bring-up and debug new hardware boards
13. Perform: Signal integrity and power integrity analysis, Thermal, vibration, and environmental testing
14. Support HIL/SIL testing and flight trials
15. Root-cause and resolve hardware failures from lab to field
16. Generate production-ready documentation: Schematics, PCB layouts, Gerbers, BoM, test procedures
17. Support DFM/DFA reviews with manufacturing partners
18. Assist in production testing, yield improvement, and field issue resolution
