Responsibilities

- 1- Ensure Realibility of all Equipments related to PE plant maintenance
- 2- Ensure Quality Speed of Execution/Response to internal customers
- 3- Preventive Maintenance scheduling and Execution of assy lines equipments, Plant machines, Utilities etc.
- 4- Ensure Zero accidents within Plant
- 5- Analysis for downtime and improvement - PE PM
- 1- Ensure Energy cost optimization as per Group norms
- 2- Ensure Horizontal deployment of past learnings/Pokayoke in assy lines, Machines, Utility equipments etc.
- 3- Review and ensure plant machinery, Assembly lines utility for effective utilization
- 4- Ensure development of domestic spares to reduce cost
- 5- Implementation of Pokayoke to reduce PFMEA detection rating < 4




- 1- Ensure closure of all Energy Audit/IATF/Customer audit/Energy audit/ Internal audit observations
- 2- Provide training technical expertise to the team
- 3- Ensure all Spares/ Non BOM inventory is as per defined Norms
- 4- Ensure strict adherence to all statutory requirements like ISO, OHSAS etc. along with State Center requirements, as applicable
